    At this stage, we do the CV screening for our candidates. Those with strong CVs and good relevant experience and technical skills balance advance further.

  • Code Check

    Our Team Leads and Senior professionals check the code. It must be clean and efficient, but not over-complicated. Quality is our standard.

  • Test Case

    Candidates would solve an interesting task within a predefined time. What we want to see is their ability to use the mix of hard and soft skills in order to provide a working result and meet deadlines.

  • In-Person Interview

    Once all the tests are completed, we move to Interviewing. We want to make sure the candidate is the right fit for the project and our client’s company, and that he/she shares the same values and principles as us.

  • Offer Stage

Three parties are involved in this process: the client, the outstaffing company that provides IT personnel, and hired employees. Legally, the employer of specialists is the outstaffing company, and labor relations are formalized with it.

When signing an outstaffing contract, specialists will perform certain work for the client, while continuing to be registered with the provider company. The latter solves all issues regarding selection, salary, registering, and maintaining all documentation. Thus, the outstaffing company transfers part of its employees to another company for temporary use, a kind of personnel leasing.

The client manages the workload of a specialist and assigns tasks to developers. Payment is made in the retainer format (when the client pays a fixed amount per month for the developer/team) or time and material (hours worked multiplied by the rate, ideally with payment for downtime due to the client's fault).

A specialist can be hired for the following timeframes: 1 month to 1 year. However, if a task is completed, you can interrupt the collaboration. The cost of services is comparable to the salary of full-time programmers. You save time and do not incur overhead costs.

Before starting work, you send a request with the requirements for the necessary competencies and experience of the programmer you expect. We strive to identify the best candidate for the project's requirements and send you a detailed project summary of the candidate for approval. Before connecting with a programmer, we conduct a remote interview, during which you can test him and make sure of his qualifications. During the project, if the developer is not performing according to your expectations, we guarantee his prompt replacement.

On average, it takes 2-3 weeks to select and agree with you on a specialist after receiving your request. This period can be either shorter or longer, depending on the current situation with completed projects. We will be able to tell you a clear deadline upon receipt from you of specific requirements for the developer and the mode of operation for your project.

  • We provide dedicated software developers' replacements upon request. Not everyone can work together, which is why we are ready to provide a replacement developer as soon as possible on demand, regardless of the reason.
  • We offer a 1-year guarantee for our code. The finished product will be thoroughly tested within 1 year from the date of completion of our work and all identified shortcomings of the work will be corrected.

  • If an IT company wants to strengthen its team or test hypotheses, for example, by developing a prototype or introducing a brand-new feature and analyzing the response of users.
  • Companies with small IT teams and a lack of staff for the development of digital products.
