Candidates would solve an interesting task within a predefined time. What we want to see is their ability to use the mix of hard and soft skills in order to provide a working result and meet deadlines.
Once all the tests are completed, we move to Interviewing. We want to make sure the candidate is the right fit for the project and our client’s company, and that he/she shares the same values and principles as us.
Those guys, who made it to this stage, will decide on taking the offer. Approximately 80% of successful candidates join QIT Software. At this point, we discuss with them the final details.
